Not much to say there: My name is Taher Shihadeh, I finally got my Computer Engineering degree in Spain (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) after a lifetime of studying Medicine, and so far the change has been rewarding. Interested in everything around computers, the main topics are Open Source/Free Software and *nix-like Operating Systems.

That’s the main reason I’m enrolled in Octality since Day One! In case you haven’t heard of us, we’re a company with deep FOSS roots specializing in high performance network infrastructures. It’s a great place to work at!

Besides that there are quite a lot of other interests I have but I will not blog about them here, so forget I ever said I had them. Well… maybe something related to scientific divulgation in general and Life Sciences in particular every now and then, but nothing on a regular basis. All in all, do as I say -not as I do- and aforget I even mentioned it.
